OVOSHINE partners met in Toledo for the second consortium meeting
OVOSHINE partners met in Toledo at the end of April to discuss the first developments of OVOSHINE technology. Ateknea, Fraunhofer and Nofima presented the outcomes of the performed experiments to the rest of the consortium and commonly the steps for the coming six months were identified in line with the signed grant agreement tasks.
This last meeting was hosted by El Canto Alimentaria, one of the potential end users of OVOSHINE technology. The consortium was able to see where the prototype of OVOSHINE technology will be tested and how one of the biggest egg factory works.
Moreover, an exploitation route was discussed with help of an external exploitation trainer. Firstly, partners agree that the project should be disseminated in future international events to gather insights from the industry, thus later on be able to target the right segments of the market.
